Job Title: Senior Communications Manager
Description:
We are seeking two experienced senior communications professionals to collaborate with Business Technology Owners, Change Management, and IT deployment leadership. You will define, operationalize, and execute an enterprise communications strategy, ensuring consistency and professionalism in the MarTech portfolio.
The successful candidates will manage communication responsibilities for the existing portfolio of Marketing Technology Products as well as support communications aligned to an enterprise-wide Customer Engagement/Experience project planned to start in Q2 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Manage communication for Marketing Technology Products and support enterprise-wide Customer Engagement/Experience project starting Q2 2025.
* Develop and lead the execution of communications strategy and plan.
* Collaborate with Customer Engagement Platform Leaders and senior leaders to drive project proposals.
* Orchestrate change/communications strategy and editorial calendar.
* Participate in RFP process, vendor assessment, and selection.
* Plan and execute town halls, roadshows, demos, engagement sessions, briefings, and events.
* Shape communication/change campaigns to articulate project value and thought leadership.
* Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement measures.
* Lead internal communications and multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Set an example for cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
Requirements:
* 7+ years as a Communications Senior Manager (e.g., Journalism, Communication Agency, or Consulting Firm).
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications or relevant field.
* Fluent English (C2 level).
* Excellent writing/editing skills with a strong portfolio.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused.
* Transparent, open, and sensitive to people's needs.
* Creative, practical, and flexible.
* Offers well-researched, evidence-based ideas.
* Willing to listen, understand, and maintain credibility.
