Role
We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Client Partner to build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients. You will be part of the Commercial team and as our first hire in the expansion team, you will have the ability to play a vital role for our clients' growth aspirations.
The ideal candidate has strong consultative sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Visium’s services. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and excel at delivering value-driven outcomes, join us in driving impactful partnerships.
As a Strategic Client Partner, you will be the Client Expansion and Retention leader at Visium and have a myriad of exciting responsibilities, such as:
Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and long-term goals.
Recognize new business opportunities within accounts, presenting relevant solutions that align with client objectives. Responsible for contract agreements.
Organize and lead regular account review meetings with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and align on future goals. You will be their primary point of contact.
Develop tailored account plans to meet revenue and growth targets, including upselling and cross-selling strategies for each client.
Handle high-stakes contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with both client and company goals.
Track and measure client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues to maintain loyalty.
Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
We are looking for
5+ years in sales, account management, or customer success.
Proven success in managing high-value or strategic accounts with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Expertise in any of our active sectors, understanding industry challenges, regulations, and client priorities.
Skilled in building and growing long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Experience developing and executing account strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
Proven ability to structure and close complex, high-value deals with mutually beneficial outcomes.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and using data to drive account performance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to executive-level clients.
A strategic thinker who adapts quickly to evolving client needs and market dynamics.
Fluent in English and German or French.
