You will be a key member of the local Management Team and act as the HR Business Partner for the local Operations team.Reporting to the Global Head of HR, Fragrance & Beauty, your main responsibilities will include:HR Business Partner for the local Operations teamDevelop a strong trust relationship, advise/coach and provide sustainable solutionsEnsure HR deliverables such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards, Organisation Design, and Change ManagementHR Services DeliveryEnsure the delivery of HR high quality services, including:For all Swiss Affiliates: payroll and benefitsFor the Vernier site: social insurances, immigration services, time/absences/care management, labour law / data protection, apprentices, medical ServicesAll HR communications for the siteLocal roll-out of regional/global projects, policies, and programsLocal Management CommitteeDrive the HR agenda at the local Management Committee – ensure the Committee is fully embedded in Givaudan HR initiatives as well as Givaudan DNAAct as a member of the site Emergency Crisis Management teamPlay an integral role in any reorganizations ensuring compliance with local HR practises/labour law, and the relevant communication/change managementRepresent Givaudan in different local instances or authoritiesLabour RelationsResponsible for all matters regarding employee relations (work council and trade union), fostering a constructive dialogueLead all meetings, negotiations and other ad-hoc meetingsPeople ManagementLead a team of HR professionals: provide clear goals, support and coach, developLead a “One HR” collaborative spirit within HR, including HR Shared Services HRM/HRBP located on Vernier site; consult and ensure alignment with them.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
