PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Dior Beauty Consultant, your role is to deliver exceptional customer service and create a seamless shopping experience. You'll advise clients on fragrances, skincare, and makeup, while driving sales and showcasing Dior's standards of excellence. With a passion for beauty and expertise in all three axes, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining product presentation, and supporting promotional activities to enhance the brand experience. This position reports to the Counter Manager at Dior and is based in Zurich. Start is around May/June 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Advising customers and selling products across all three axes (fragrances, skincare, and makeup)
* Supporting the achievement of sales targets
* Applying the D.I.O.R. sales method
* Scheduling appointments with clients
* Displaying products on-site while adhering to Dior's guidelines
* Executing promotions and contributing to in-store animations
* Assisting with inventory processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* A passion for sales and customer service
* At least 3–4 years of professional experience in sales or consulting
* Comprehensive knowledge of the three axes: makeup, skincare, and fragrances
* Proven expertise as a skincare specialist
* Excellent English skills, with good knowledge of German, every other language is a plus
* Enthusiasm for teamwork
* Reliability and dedication
