We're seeking a dynamic Global Business Developer - Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery.
Mission: As the Global Atracsys Business Developer, you'll spearhead our market expansion in the Computer/Robotic Assisted Surgery (CAS/RAS) sector. Your role is critical in acquiring new customers and driving our market share to new heights.
What will you be doing?
1. Aggressively pursue and uncover all optical tracking opportunities within CAS/RAS markets.
2. Consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services.
3. Analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically.
4. Collaborate with engineering to ensure custom development feasibility.
5. Master product demonstrations, including complex Software/SDK explanations.
6. Cultivate and expand existing client relationships.
7. Negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers.
8. Represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events.
9. Conduct market research & pioneer new sales channels for market expansion.
What will you need to be successful?
1. Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree.
2. 5+ years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTech.
3. Deep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS/RAS.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
5. Consistent record of surpassing sales targets.
6. Willingness to travel internationally (5-10 trips annually).
7. Sharp business acumen with strong digital marketing instincts.
8. Ambitious self-starter with a proven track record of achievement.
9. Ability to forge strong relationships in an international team.
10. Fluency in English and French, with high-level communication skills.
