We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Leads Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing leads at every stage of their journey, from the first point of contact to successful conversion. This position is remote, providing you with the freedom to work from any location while making a valuable contribution to our dynamic team. Responsibilities Initiate contact with real estate agents and present offers on on-market properties. Manage and prioritize inbound leads from various sources such as website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, and events. Quickly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on set criteria. Engage with leads via multiple communication channels (email, phone calls, video conferences) to collect information, answer questions, and build relationships. Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handoff. Maintain accurate and current records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
