This is a fully remote position working for a major international client in Switzerland. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to lead the design and onboarding of processes and applications within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. Utilizing SailPoint IIQ, you will align IAM solutions with business needs, optimize workflows, and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine deliverable requirements. Analyze current access control processes, user roles, and application integrations. Translate business needs into system functionalities within SailPoint IIQ. Process Modeling and Design: Explain JML processes, access requests, and RBAC schema to application owners. Collect and document requirements for integrating applications with SailPoint. Design application-specific workflows for access requests, approvals, recertification, and personnel changes. Develop detailed workflow designs for automating IAM processes in SailPoint IIQ. Testing and Training: Define requirements for automated testing with the test team. Develop training materials (manuals, SOPs, instructions) and deliver sessions to support seamless transitions. Collaborate with QA and testing teams during requirements sign-off and implementation milestones. Participate in UAT to validate new functionalities against user expectations. Provide post-deployment support to address user concerns. Reporting, Communication, and Collaboration: Build and maintain reporting tools using Excel and Power BI. Develop and manage IAM communication materials, including emails, articles, and SharePoint updates. Maintain strong communication with service owners, process owners, and IT teams to ensure project alignment. Document decisions, milestones, and learnings for future reference. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience with GxP processes. Proven track record in IAM business analysis, especially with SailPoint IIQ. Proficiency in process modeling, design, and translating requirements into functional solutions. Skilled in Excel and Power BI for reporting purposes. Hands-on experience with UAT, training delivery, and user support. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
