As a Tetris Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of construction projects. Your main goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management: You will oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion, including creating project plans, coordinating construction teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
* Budget and resource management: You will be responsible for monitoring the budget and controlling expenses during the construction process, optimizing resource allocation to minimize costs while ensuring quality.
* Quality control: You will monitor compliance with building regulations and standards, ensuring that all work meets quality requirements. You will conduct regular quality inspections and take corrective measures when necessary.
* Communication and collaboration: You will act as the interface between various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. You will communicate project progress regularly and coordinate the collaboration of all parties involved.
* Risk management: You will identify potential risks and issues related to the construction project and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them. You will take appropriate measures to prevent delays or cost overruns.
* Documentation: You will create and maintain all relevant construction project documents, such as reports, records, contract agreements, and permits.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field.
* Demonstrated experience in project management of construction projects.
* Good knowledge of building regulations and standards.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Advanced knowledge of construction and project management software.
