Level Up Law Firm Business Coaching is looking for an intake professional who can do quality control reviews of intake calls for our clients. In this role, we are looking for an outstanding legal intake professional who can dedicate some time during the week to do some quality control work for our clients. The amount of work that you can expect depends on the volume of clients that we have going through the intake coaching program or engaged in a monthly quality control contract with us. This position is the first step toward serving as one of our staff intake coaches. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities Review recorded phone calls and grade them according to a rubric. Give suggested feedback on how to improve the client experience. Manage data and give weekly reports to the Program Manager. Mystery shop law firms. Qualifications You must have legal intake experience, preferably at the management level. You must have strong attention to detail and a strong track record of reliability.
