Daily Responsibilities:
* Generate accurate quotes for the Sales team within company policy guidelines.
* Create evaluation keys for customers testing our products, ensuring seamless experience.
* Support the Sales team in administrative tasks, collaborating closely with Legal, Security, Finance, and Order Management teams.
* Manage customer portals, verifying accuracy of existing information and making necessary updates.
* Coordinate contract signature processes for customers and partners, maintaining efficient communication channels.
* Address administrative-related issues promptly with prospects and customers, providing timely support.
* Maintain accurate opportunity data within Salesforce, upholding data integrity standards.
* Promote timely responses to internal and external stakeholders within established SLAs.
Required Skills:
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
* Proven track record in the IT industry.
* A keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Effective team player with strong prioritization and organization skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
