We are seeking a German-speaking customer expert to provide technical support for printers, photocopiers, and digital cameras. The successful candidate will join our team of technology enthusiasts in Greece, collaborating with Canon, the leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues related to Canon products.
* Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain strong relationships with partners.
* Work towards reaching targets set by client statements of work and internal goals.
* Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate as necessary.
* Follow standard diagnostic procedures to handle frequently asked questions effectively.
