Business Development Manager – Access Control Solutions– Enterprise Market

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team and play a key role in driving business growth across the enterprise market.
The company is a leading provider of secure identity solutions, empowering businesses worldwide with innovative access control technologies, including Mobile Access, Apple and Google Wallet integrations, and biometrics.
Reporting to the European Business Development Director, you will develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities as well as work with named end-user accounts across Switzerland to achieve ambitious growth targets. This field-based role requires extensive travel to engage with clients, present cutting-edge security solutions, and close high-value deals.
In this role, you’ll introduce these state-of-the-art solutions to major enterprise clients, deliver training to consultants and specifiers, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Experience in managing key accounts, and new business development with a proven track record in hitting sales targets
* Experience in Physical Access Control solutions or SAAS/Cloud based sales into Fortune 2000 companies is essential
