Oversee the development and monitoring of annual budgets in alignment with strategic objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering financial guidance to department heads and enhancing decision making processes. Drive process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of KPIs, financial policies, and cost control measures. Support transformation projects, leveraging technology to streamline financial reporting and enhance operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant Successful Candidate Master''s degree in a relevant business field with prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong background in audit, (3/4Years) preferably with a Big 4 firm, and excellent knowledge of accounting processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
