* Establish a robust project governance structure, defining project scope and objectives in partnership with sponsors and steering committees.

Requirements
Must:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* More than 10 years of experience in project management, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
* Fluency in English and German (level C1 or higher).
* Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, gained through more than 10 years of working in this field.
* Solid technical understanding of IT networks, server technologies (hardware, virtualization, Windows server).
* Strong analytical capabilities.
* Positive attitude towards challenges.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or healthcare industry, with knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV) and its implications on IT projects.
Desired:
* Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory.
* Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
* Experience designing, documenting, and testing IT disaster recovery plans.
* IT infrastructure operations experience.
