What you'll do
As a Working Student in the SAP Immersive Experience (IX) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and seamless storytelling experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will span across design, user experience, and operational support, including:
Design & Storytelling: Create visually compelling storyboards, layouts, presentations, graphics, and data visualizations to enhance customer experiences.
User Experience & Consultation: Ensure seamless, user-friendly designs aligned with SAP’s brand guidelines while providing story consultation for advanced users.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Support enablement sessions and share your expertise on IX tools within the organization.
Administrative & Operational Support: Manage utilization and activity reporting, track maintenance blockers, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Technical Support: Provide onsite technical assistance within the IX when needed.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling—helping shape the way SAP engages with customers.
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Immersive Technologies, User Experience Design, Visual/Media Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Computer skills: Proven Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), PowerPoint; experience with Unreal Engine or other 3D visualization tools is a plus.
Media creation: Strong visualization, branding, and storytelling abilities for Video; familiarity with UX principles and creating engaging digital experiences.
Technical aptitude: Willingness to learn and master new tools and technologies, including touch/display systems and immersive experience platforms.
Language skills: Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
Soft skills: Proactive and creative mindset, strong organizational skills, ability to structure and share knowledge effectively, and comfort working both independently and in a team.
Others: Experience in motion design, data visualization, or interactive storytelling is beneficial.
