The Pricing & Margins Optimization Manager Europe maximizes margins and drives profitability for our European sales operations, responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio.
We look for a candidate with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and sales operations.
Part of the Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, reporting to the Director - Customer Service, Pricing, Contracts Governance & Compliance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
3. Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level.
4. Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making.
5. Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations.
6. Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives.
7. Create a Profitability Playbook to enable profitable and sustainable growth in Europe.
8. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to generate insights on pricing effectiveness.
The essential requirements of the job include:
1. Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles.
2. Proficient analytical skills.
3. Data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools.
4. Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques.
5. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1. Healthcare or medical devices industry.
2. Addressing the differences between private - public environment & direct – indirect sales models.
