Are you passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring smooth operations? As our Project Manager Banking Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects that are at the interface of operational excellence and technology. You’ll coordinate projects with internal and external partners, work closely with teams to improve E2E workflows, ensure efficient processes supported by technology, and guarantee a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects across Customer Care, Yuh Software Development Team, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal & Governance in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate initiatives focused on improving client onboarding/offboarding, compliance, fraud management, payments, and other banking-related processes.
Implement key IT tools, such as time management systems and data & analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of cross-departmental processes, ensuring goal alignment between teams for positive client experiences.
Lead the integration of skills and tools to enhance operational efficiency in alignment with organizational objectives.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Banking Operations.
Proven experience in working with third-party providers and managing banking operations.
Strong knowledge of KYC, payment processing, fraud management, and trading.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Fluent in German or French together with English; additional language skills are a plus.
A proactive and “can do” attitude.
