A Typical Week in this Role
* Drive sales growth by achieving exclusive targets and negotiating contracts to support business expansion.
* Collaborate with brand partners, trading teams, and internal stakeholders to develop brand strategies and growth plans.
* Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify new brands to source and recruit as exclusive partners.
* Prepare reports on Exclusive Brands' performance to inform local trading teams and partners.
* Support Supplier Relationship Management and LINK partner income collection.
* Contribute to ad-hoc product projects and key meeting forums.
* Plan and host regional supplier meetings.
Requirements
* 6+ years of brand management experience in the health and beauty industry or FMCG related field.
* University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Dutch highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
