* A COMPLETED EDUCATION OR TRAINING PROGRAM IN COLLECTIVE INSURANCE WOULD BE AN ASSET
* VERIFIABLE SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SECTOR
* PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE IN COLLECTIVE INSURANCE
* A STRONG SALES AND CONSULTATIVE SKILL SET
