Position: Life Science Consultant, Organizational Change Management Lead
Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
The OCM Lead will guide and manage the Supplier 360 Project and its associated Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables. This role requires coordination of stakeholders, ensuring the successful adoption of the new system and processes across multiple regions and phases (waves). The OCM Lead is instrumental in fostering collaboration, minimizing resistance to change, and driving organizational alignment during a global phased rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive OCM strategy to support the Supplier 360 Project's phased rollout.
* Ensure successful delivery of OCM deliverables, including communication plans, training materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, change impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
* Provide strategic guidance to project teams, aligning OCM activities with project milestones and business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure effective communication.
* Address resistance to change and foster positive adoption across diverse regions and teams.
* Create and distribute targeted messaging to ensure stakeholder understanding and buy-in at all project phases.
Project Coordination:
* Oversee the execution of OCM deliverables for each wave, from onboarding resources to post-Go-Live hypercare support.
* Ensure timely delivery of regional and functional milestones, including Go-Live tollgate business deliverables and hypercare activities.
* Collaborate with global teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Training & Enablement:
* Design and deliver customized training programs to prepare teams for system adoption.
* Develop user-friendly training materials, guides, and resources to support effective learning.
* Ensure readiness of regional teams through simulations, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Monitoring & Reporting:
* Track progress against OCM deliverables, providing regular updates to project leadership.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of OCM activities and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
* 8-12 years of experience in change management, with 3-5 years in global or phased rollout projects.
* Certifications in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) preferred.
* Strong understanding of supplier management systems and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
* Proven track record in managing OCM deliverables, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Ability to align OCM strategies with project goals and organizational objectives.
* Capable of identifying risks and implementing practical, scalable solutions.
* Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
