Our client, a global leader in developing and delivering innovative technologies for diverse industrial segments, is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Expert to drive the integration of a customer portal and enhance digital marketing initiatives. Key tasks include enabling real-time data access, implementing web-to-lead processes, and optimizing digital channels for a seamless customer experience. Collaboration with IT, Operations, and Sales will be central to delivering impactful solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Drive the development and integration of a customer portal, connecting SAP systems for real-time data access on orders, invoices, and delivery statuses.
* System Integration: Ensure smooth connectivity between siloed systems, aligning back-office processes with customer-facing platforms.
* Marketing Automation: Design and implement campaigns with Salesforce Account Engagement, including lead nurturing and email marketing strategies.
* Customer-Centric Solutions: Optimize the customer portal and website for intuitive, efficient user experiences based on analytics and feedback.
* Digital Strategy Execution: Oversee B2B digital campaigns, aligning them with sales objectives and enhancing customer engagement across digital channels.
Your Profile
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field; project management expertise preferred.
* Experience: 3+ years in digital transformation or IT integration projects, with knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in marketing automation, UX/UI design, system integration, and digital marketing tools.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-departmental projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Personal Strengths: Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about driving customer-focused digital innovation.
