Identify new business opportunities and expand our existing customer base. Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets. What We’re Looking For Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on B2 B Marketing & Strategy, MSc in Strategic Marketing, or a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Construction Materials. Degrees from top institutions like INSEAD, MIT, or Cranfield School of Management (UK) are highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in B2 B and Saa S sectors, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Skills & Expertise: Strong account management and client acquisition skills. Expertise in sales strategy, B2 B account management, and CRM tools. Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. Exceptional consultative selling skills, lead generation expertise, and forecasting abilities. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
