We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead business expansion and elevate our market standing within the Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) brokerage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to propel revenue growth.
* Pursue and forge strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers (IBs).
* Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and untapped business opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of business development experience within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
* A proven track record of successful client acquisition, partnership management, and revenue growth.
* A solid understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
