We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator - Clinical Stage Antibiotic Drug Development to support our clinical stage antibiotic drug development team in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will be part of a small team dedicated to supporting External Public-Private Partnerships in the Infectious Disease Therapeutic Area. Your contributions will support a program backed by the US Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
You will work closely with the Senior BARDA Alliance Manager at Roche Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development, as well as cross-functional project teams across Roche, to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Support Roche-BARDA partnership, ensuring contractual compliance
Project & Financial Oversight: Track study costs, assist with budget management, and support financial reporting
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project plans, prepare reports, and manage key documents
Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist with mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate across teams and manage internal and external communication
Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
Strong understanding of pre-clinical drug development
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to manage deadlines and work cross-functionally
