On Trade Sales Manager (Rotkreuz, Switzerland)
The On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland leads the Horeca/Gastronomy team and reports to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland.
You will be responsible for the Swiss On Trade strategy, yearly negotiations, and daily follow-ups with existing Wholesalers as well as extending the network, driving distribution, and growing our volume through all relevant On Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Yearly negotiations with existing Wholesalers and extending the network
* Set up and ensure an annual promo planning
* Ensure listing of new SKUs
* Monthly meetings to discuss performance and track results
* Discuss campaigns or joint marketing initiatives to increase performance
* 30% of travelling within Switzerland to visit partners
Team Leadership:
* Lead the sales force team in Switzerland
* Closely monitor, guide, and develop the team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics
2. At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
3. Mandatory languages: German, French, and English
4. Experience in leading a team
5. Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
6. Analyse Volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
