Job Description:
As a supervisor at Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change, you will play a crucial role in leading your clinical team of associates, ensuring the highest standards of care, and fostering a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and collaboration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician in the mental health field who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about mentoring and supporting others.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor/Director is responsible for overseeing our clinical department and working hand in hand with our Director, Office Manager, Clinical Department, and Operations team to manage the daily operations of our Clinical department, as well as managing and supervising clinical staff. Some common job duties may include:
* Operations management: Provide leadership and direction to the clinical operations and administrative functions of the organization and work hand in hand with the Director, clinical supervisors, office manager, and admin staff. Hire, train, and supervise clinicians as needed to support the organization's clinical operations. Oversee and manage the workflow of the clinical department.
* Policy & Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
* Systems & Development: Develop and implement systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement performance metrics and measurement systems to track progress toward organizational goals. EOS experience is a plus but not mandatory. Be open to training and learning EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
* Supervising clinical staff: The clinical supervisor oversees six associates and supervises the clinical staff, providing support and guidance when needed, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and conducting performance evaluations.
* Managing the budget: The clinical supervisor/Director collaborates with the Director, CFO, and Operations to manage the budget for the group practice, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and that the practice is financially sustainable.
* Ensuring compliance: The clinical supervisor ensures that all group practice services are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
* Providing training and education: Provides training and education to clinical staff, ensuring that they are up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in their field.
* Collaborating with other departments: Collaborates with other departments and people within the organization, such as the Director, Office Manager, Clinical Supervisors, and Billing department to ensure that clinical services are aligned with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
* Managing relationships: The clinical supervisor manages relationships with clinics, agencies, community organizations, and other healthcare providers, to ensure that clinical services are effective and meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications
* Fully licensed in CA with a license in good standing or licensed psychologist in good standing.
* At least 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mental health field. EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience a plus.
* Insurance knowledge.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, fiscal reporting, and financial analysis.
* Knowledge of regulatory and policy requirements related to mental health services.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: $114,000 - $120,000 yearly
