Act as a liaison between internal management and external stakeholders. Two main roles: 1 Assist the CEO and founder and 2 Manage the office composed of approximately 20 employees in Lausanne and bounce between the two roles daily: Manage CEO''s calendar and organise his meetings, appointments and travels, Create and write reports, prepare and administer documents, using MS Office and track deadlines and update database, Support management in projects, coordinate activities, Manage office operations, tidy and maintain office archives and sharepoint, manage stock of furniture and negotiate contracts with vendors, Plan and organise small internal and external events, including all reservations and negotiations whenever required, Implement administrative processes, Handle phone calls, filter and liaise. 5 10 years experience in Office Management AND in Executive Support to C level, Experience in modern and dynamic work environments, ideally in small medium sized and growing firms, Fluency in French and in English (C1 C2), Calm temper, discrete, able to handle several tasks and responsibilities in a calm and collected manner, Strong attentive to detail and rigour, Positive, excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with people, strong customer service orientation, Proactive, flexible, agile and resourceful, Proficient on MS Office.
