To strengthen our Back-End Operations, we are looking for a Quality Lead to take ownership of process, quality aspects and coordination across the operation. The role will have a dual reporting line into the Back-End Operations Manager (tactical, daily and executional control) whilst also reporting to the Corporate Quality function (strategic, long-term and structural oversight). Reporting to our headquarters in Marin/Switzerland, this position is responsible for: Leading the Back-End manufacturing quality on multiple, simultaneous projects and investigations. Managing non-conform material management. Providing technical expertise in problem solving and quality investigations using 8 D, why-why analysis, corrective action definition, etc. Monitoring the effectiveness and conformance of process control procedures and taking ownership of implementing updates, best practices, or corrective actions. Overseeing the quality processes including MRB, SCARs, First Article Inspection, and Changes. Managing the document control activity within the Back-End Operations. Maintaining compliance with applicable certifications and standards. Integrating with the NPI process to ensure all quality control documentation and checklists are completed accurately. Defining and maintaining quality KPIs in coordination with the Corporate Quality. Working with suppliers and customers on quality investigations.
