Business Analyst
with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce (Retail) to join our team in Switzerland. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative in the retail domain, leveraging the power of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
The role involves close collaboration with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on the Commerce module.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required.
Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities.
Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams.
Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules.
Start Date: Q4 2025 / Q1 2026
Type of job: Remote but occasional travels are required on need basis.
