We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Service Desk Specialist. This role is permanent position based in Basel-Landschaft Canton.
Your Role:
* Record, classify & document user requests in a ticket system.
* Process tickets in 1st & 2nd level support.
* Manage IT hardware & install & configure IT equipment (laptops, printers, peripherals, etc…).
* Participate in projects & in the further development of the Service Desk.
* Support users in dealing with IT applications.
* Act as an Interface to the central IT organization (global helpdesk, network support, WLAN).
Your Skills:
* At least 1 year of professional experience in IT Support.
* A knowledge of Active Directory, Computer Hardware & Microsoft Office.
Your Profile:
* Completed Apprenticeship in the IT Sector.
* Analytical, structured, confident, communicative & a team player.
* Business proficient English & German language skills are a mandatory requirement.
