Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and versatile R&D Associate to support our team in daily R&D tasks, primarily focused on primary cell culture work utilizing molecular biology assays.
* Conducting research experiments
* Planning and executing research studies, including literature reviews as needed
* Reporting and presenting research findings
* Maintaining general laboratory facilities
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or laboratory technician certification
* Experience with aseptic cell culture techniques
* Cultivation of primary cells
* Proficiency in standard molecular biology methods: qPCR, Western Blot, immunostaining, histological preparations, etc.
* Flow Cytometry experience is an asset
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
* Adaptability to new methods and processes
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluency in English; German proficiency is advantageous
* A valid work permit for Switzerland is required
