Job Title: Analyst, Program Operations

The Analyst, Program Operations will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team responsible for the diligent management of assigned programs including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring, and risk reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily tasks within the program, including monitoring program processes
* Training stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems
* Evaluating and issuing change requests, reviewing them with the client
* Ensuring agreements are implemented and monitored
* Updating program relevant manuals and procedures regularly
* Timely reporting and escalating risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to superiors
* User acceptance testing of new features to be released to production
* Developing and maintaining professional relationships with business partners
* Participating in potential projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations roles within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
* Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development beneficial
* High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
