Export Europe-Africa Perfume Area Sales Manager
Missions and Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented individual to strengthen our Export Europe & Africa Sales Force, supporting the development of our Perfume Business Unit based in Neuchâtel.
This role involves driving commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets (excluding Affiliates), ensuring the highest level of profitability and luxury positioning of Bulgari Perfumes through distributor partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Driving business growth with local partners by developing strategic and commercial plans;
* Ensuring the highest level of profitability and brand positioning;
* Leading direct negotiations at retail level for strategic projects;
* Supporting distributors on key projects and new business opportunities;
* Managing client relationships and area P&L to improve Operating Profit and Contribution Margin;
In addition, this role involves establishing yearly and long-term business plans, leveraging local specificities and dynamics while maintaining consistency with the company's strategy and DNA.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury industry;
* A Degree in Business studies, Economics, or equivalent education;
* Confirmed negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales and business strategic planning and execution;
* Excellent knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization;
* Fluency in French and English; any additional language is an advantage;
* Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust at all levels in a multi-cultural environment;
* A proactive and energetic personality with a positive mindset;
* Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously at a high pace and adapt to changing environments.
