Your main responsibility is to secure a professional and reliable mechanical field execution to our Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our GT26 & GT36 gas turbines.
Your tasks:
1. Manage mechanical service work tasks during Gas Turbine inspections & maintenance assignments worldwide in charge as a mechanical manager.
2. Coordinate all service activities with consultation of the respective faculty lead as operators, contractors, assessment & commissioning teams.
3. Manage and coordinate all mechanical personnel to ensure performance complies with system specifications in respect of outage schedule requirements.
4. Assure that all work is performed according to Environmental Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
5. Ensure correctness of service activities in compliance with technical instructions and local legislations.
6. Approve Quality document packages.
7. Synchronize site service works including manpower demand, heavy lifts and mechanical tools & consumables requirement.
8. Monitor and control the quantities and milestones for progress reporting.
9. Prepare reports for the work carried out during major inspections and provide feedback to our service organization.
Your profile:
1. Experienced mechanical Technician with a strong practical background and more than four (4) years of field service experience as a shift leader on heavy rotating machinery, preferably GT26 experienced.
2. Motivating, reliable & goal-oriented team player.
3. Flexible and able to work under pressure.
4. Customer service orientated with good management & leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
5. Experience in assessing people or working environments.
6. Good command of native language and of written and spoken English.
7. Capable to understand technical documentation in English and write appropriate inspection reports.
8. Willing to travel worldwide and enjoy meeting new people and different cultures.
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
