French Chef de Cuisine Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic team in the luxury cruise industry.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Executive Chef for smooth restaurant operations
* Lead and train staff to deliver top-notch dining experiences
* Maintain high service standards and health and safety compliance
* Engage with guests for satisfaction and inquiries
* Develop innovative dining concepts that captivate guests
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine in luxury or 5-star operations (cruise experience advantageous but not mandatory)
* Fluent English with excellent communication skills
* Proactive and positive attitude, emphasizing teamwork and guest satisfaction
Onboard Work Requirements:
* STCW Certificate (required)
* Medical examination (required)
* Seaman's book (required)
* Openness to cover initial costs associated with onboard work, if hired
