Your Role
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for all sales activities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You’ll act as the face of the company in the region, maintaining existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and driving market presence.
* Execute the regional sales and marketing strategy
* Conduct daily client visits (approx. 4 days/week throughout the region)
* Grow and manage the customer base to meet sales targets
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training institutions
* Train in-store sales personnel
* Implement point-of-sale actions (merchandising, promotional materials)
* Prepare quotations in line with national pricing policies
* Work closely with the Swiss Sales Manager to monitor the market
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of successful experience in field sales or area management
* Commercial education or background in a related field (e.g. landscaping, arboriculture, viticulture)
* Swiss German as a native language; excellent written and spoken German
* Minimum B2 level in French and English
* Based in the Zurich area or willing to travel within the region
* Independent and well-organized working style
* Valid Category B driving license
* Strong IT skills: MS Office, ERP (ProConcept is a plus), CRM, Power BI
