We are nearly 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes worldwide.
We are hiring a Partner Manager with expertise in commercial operations to join our growing Sponsorship team, specifically within the Partnership Management function. You would be joining a fast-paced team, trusted by rights holders and brands to deliver impact and value.
A Two Circles Partner Manager will account manage key sponsors within a portfolio, initially on behalf of UEFA Women’s Football, working as an extension of their team.
In the role, you will be responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with partners and fulfilling their rights packages, including strategy, activation, analysis, and evaluation. You will lead on the relationship with the rightsholder’s Commercial Operations team, focusing on onsite delivery for partners, as well as projects such as accreditation, ticketing, and commercial events. You will also play a key role working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, legal, and more.
The role will involve occasional European travel.
Requirements
We are looking for a Partner Manager who will bring:
* Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands within sports or entertainment
* Expertise in commercial operations – both on and off site
* New ideas and an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors
* A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities
* An interest in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders, ‘a people person’
* Experience in delivering commercial or corporate events
* A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry
* Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Fluent written and spoken English
