Potential areas of focus include: Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforceDesigning compensation plans and incentive structures for different stakeholders, as well as developing reward policiesCreating and implementing job grading systems and job architecture frameworksPerforming remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration dataAssist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materialsWork alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and EY colleagues globallySkills and attributes for successA recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR ConsultingIdeally, an experience in key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, HR topics, including conducting remuneration surveys and supporting the day-to-day management of a company's remuneration offerings.
