Responsibilities: Strategic Offer Development & Innovation: Development and management of the F&B philosophy and culinary concepts, promoting innovations and trends, and coordinating market launches. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitoring sales figures, customer feedback, and competitors. Performance Management & Profitability: Analyzing and deriving measures from business metrics to optimize offerings and processes. Interface Management & Digitalization: Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective integration between recipe development, procurement, and operational implementation. Quality & Project Management & Sustainability: Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Profile: Degree as a certified chef or culinary management degree. Solid expertise through further training in management, food & gastronomy. Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in communal catering. Flair for innovation, sourcing, trends, and market dynamics. Experience in interdisciplinary teams and lateral leadership. Excellent communication and organizational skills along with project management experience. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and assertiveness. Expertise in digitalization in gastronomy and knowledge of inventory and F&B management programs. Very good German and English skills to competently advise customers.
