LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a leading company in stainless steel and non-ferrous alloy processing. We are seeking a talented Functional Consultant D365 SCM to join their team at the headquarters in Biel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, configure, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 for production and logistics needs.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to showcase system functionalities and boost user adoption.
* Support the delivery team through design sessions, requirement gathering, and setting clear expectations.
* Work closely with development teams to identify business challenges, craft solutions, and ensure effective implementation via platform configurations.
* Uphold the quality of deliverables with a solid track record in system and functional testing.
* Demonstrate strong consulting skills, encompassing analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
Profile:
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365; certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O are advantageous.
* Native German or French speaker with excellent communication skills in the other language, plus good English proficiency.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of production and logistics processes, including industry best practices, challenges, and trends.
