Project description
We are looking for a strong MSD365 engineer with hands-on knowledge of Customer Insights and Sales modules to strengthen our small team that will work on one of the strategic initiatives at Digital Sales Platform, to conduct a PoC/MVP with MSD365.
Responsibilities
Technical solution design and best practices implementation.
Elaboration on how to best utilize the tool and its capabilities to cover business use cases/requirements implementation deploying functionality in Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Insights and Sales modules.
SKILLS
Must have
Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 development experience.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist with a focus on Customer Insights and Sales modules.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities, customization, and configuration.
Experience with data integration and migration strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Azure knowledge.
Experience of installation, maintenance, and configuration of Dynamics 365 servers and systems.
C# and .Net skills and experience with CSS and JavaScript libraries.
Nice to have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications, particularly in Customer Insights and Sales modules.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Visual Studio and experience in automated tests creation.
