About the role As a Country Manager, you will build and lead a lean local team to deliver sustainable growth in Switzerland. Reporting to the CEO and the Head of Sales, you will own the business and its development in Switzerland. You will be responsible for Baha’s local growth and customer success.
What you’ll do Build, own and implement Baha’s sales & growth strategy in your market.
Build, lead, mentor and develop a lean local team to deliver sustainable growth in your market.
Use and grow your extensive local network to place Baha products, especially its outstanding market data terminal solution, in the market, especially at financial institutions of any size.
Publicly represent Baha at local events and in relationships with the media and key stakeholders.
Leverage data and local insights to propose product optimizations in line with specific market needs.
Work closely with our key product & development teams and the other markets teams to make our product and the customer experience even greater.
Consistently monitor your market’s performance and report progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
Who you are 10+ years of experience in the market data or financial industry and a proven network in Switzerland.
Confident, driven, dynamic leader with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience in building and leading lean teams, setting up the appropriate context and enabling your team members to deliver on their goals.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliver the best results for the business.
Fast-paced, resilient, and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning, and out-of-the-box thinking.
Excellent academic credentials and proven track record of success in previous roles.
Excellent English and German language skills. Knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
