We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and service-oriented individual to join our HR Team based in Winterthur as:
Senior Human Resources Project Manager (m/f)
Reporting to the Head HR Division, your main responsibility is to work closely with our HR Business partners and respective business leadership and Corporate HR leadership team.
1. In charge of HR projects covering people development, communication, and Compensation & Benefits domain aligned with HR Business Partner/Business management.
2. Project manage priority initiatives and deliver executive summary; inclusive of building out a project plan, key milestones, actions, vendors, and drive reoccurring meetings with key HR and business stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability against assigned initiatives.
3. Support the identification, creation, and improvement of standard HR work.
4. Support critical recruitment projects.
5. Provide data analytics, recommendations, and fact-based guidance and presentations to HRBPs to influence decision making.
6. Collaborate with country/site HRs as well as other HR team members to create efficient, consistent, and scalable solutions at the division or business unit level.
7. Be the deputy of HRBP in case of need to attend business meetings and business projects.
The Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology/Sociology.
2. HR Generalist background with minimum 7 years operational experience in blue chip Mechanical Rotating Equipment or Oil & Gas company is a mandatory requirement.
3. Proven experience in industrial relations and employee relations is required.
4. Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team is mandatory.
5. Having successfully managed ramp up/downsizing, M&A/spin off as operational HR in the Mechanical Rotating Equipment or Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
6. Having assumed regional responsibilities/international exposure is a must.
7. At least 2 years experience in important HR projects or working experience in a center of competence like C&B or HRIS is mandatory.
8. Must have intermediate/advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, etc.). Comfortable using social media as branding/marketing/communication tool.
9. PHR/SPHR/PMP certification is preferred.
10. Familiarity with data management and exposure to Lean principles.
11. Excellent written and oral English is required.
