As a Senior Project Engineer at Precipart, you will take ownership of end to end technical projects, from prototyping to full scale production. You wont just manage projects youll design, optimize, and implement engineering solutions. Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute engineering projects in precision manufacturing, from initial concept through production r up.
* Develop and optimize supply chains, selecting and working closely with suppliers to ensure efficient and scalable production.
* Own the engineering process, including design for manufacturing (DFM), material selection, and production techniques.
* Review and create technical drawings (including GD&T) and ensure manufacturability in collaboration with production teams.
* Work closely with customers to translate their requirements into engineered solutions that meet performance, cost, and quality goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, quality, procurement) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Solve technical challenges in machining, additive manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
* Drive continuous improvement in design, process efficiency, and supply chain optimization.
* Travel occasionally to meet customers, suppliers, and production sites globally.
Your Profile:
1. Professional Bachelor (HF) or Bachelor''s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, microtechnology or a related technical field with practical basic training .
2. Experience in medical device manufacturing is a must ; additional experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing is also valuable.
3. Strong background in hands on engineering you enjoy solving practical design and manufacturing challenges.
4. Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and process design. Experience in precision machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing is a plus.
5. Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks) and ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
