We seek a Business Development Manager to power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you're passionate about revenue growth and business case development, read on.
The job in brief:

* Team - Ancillary team within the Platform department
* Level - Professional
* Contract - Permanent- full-time (36 hours/week)
* Travel time required - average 5-10% (commercial events EMEA)
Your impact will be:
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify new products, market gaps, and trends.
* Supplier Scouting: Research, evaluate, and track potential partners.
* Business Case Development: Assess opportunities and engage stakeholders.
* Revenue Growth: Propose and track new ancillary product opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation: Support discussions and work with Legal.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
* Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing partners, monitor performance, and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
* Experience: Business development in travel, e-commerce, or related fields.
* Skills: Negotiation, analytics, stakeholder management.
* Technical: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Powerpoints).
* Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
* Experience: previous experience in similar roles or industry
* Technical skills: knowledge of SQL is a plus
