Responsibilities
* Design full-custom circuits on a transistor level, encompassing both digital and analog components.
* Develop and optimize key building blocks, including bit-cell arrays, decoding, sensing, buffering, and control.
* Analyze and optimize critical paths at the transistor level.
* Conduct analog simulation and performance analysis, incorporating design optimization for high yield.
* Verify and characterize top-level designs.
* Collaborate closely with layout engineers to meet requirements in advanced process nodes.
* Generate back-end views for full-chip integration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's or PhD is advantageous.
* Experience with full-custom digital (and/or analog) circuit design, including schematics, layout, and verification.
* Proficiency in advanced process node circuit design, specifically 16nm and below.
* Expertise in memory architecture and design considerations, including bitcell layout/performance, high-sigma variation analysis, write and read margins.
* Experience with Cadence EDA tools, particularly Virtuoso, Composer, and Layout.
