Purpose of the job:
KFC Switzerland Brand Manager is responsible for the operational implementation of marketing activities, to make KFC a relevant, accessible, and distinctive brand in Switzerland. He/she will also be responsible for preparing insightful and accurate data analysis as basis to evaluate the performance of the executed Marketing activities in Switzerland. The person will work and communicate closely with the KFC Western Europe team, the agencies, the suppliers and obviously the local Franchise partners.

Position Based In Switzerland, With 2 Options
1. Based in our European HQ in Lausanne
2. Based at home in Switzerland with regular trips to our European HQ in Lausanne
Regular trips to plan across Switzerland, to visit restaurants and Franchisees. (30%)
Reporting directly to the Switzerland Marketing Manager and in close relationship with the Regional Marketing Manager.
A very complete position to manage the marketing fundamentals, leveraging project manager skills, in a highly dynamic and fast path environment.
Job Function
Following global KFC Brand guidelines, the Switzerland Brand Manager will:
* Support the Marketing Manager in the definition and implementation of the promotional calendar
* Support the Marketing Manager in adapting and implementing European advertising campaigns (Creative and media)
* Adapt and implement European instore/delivery advertising material (Menu Boards, Posters etc…)
* Lead kiosks and tills updates due to offer adjustments
* Support the Marketing Manager in pricing and product portfolio adjustments
* Support new store openings and local store marketing in close collaboration with Franchise partners
* Monitor and report on the performance of the actions implemented and competitor activities
* Support the Marketing Manager in the further Digitalization of the KFC brand in Switzerland
* Support the Marketing Manager in the Marketing Budget follow-up
Knowledge And Skills Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing
Between 2 to 3 years of work experience in marketing with:
* Capacity to coordinate various projects at the same time
* Good creative knowledge
* Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and good presentation skills
* Strong interest in Food and Fast Food in Switzerland.
Languages Skills
* Native German/ Swiss German or French is mandatory (Preference for German/ Swiss German).
* Fluent in English is mandatory
