The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who embodies the essence of Versace's brand values. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to review sales and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize store performance.
* Support the Store Manager in preparing regular reporting on competitors, product trends, and potential opportunities.
* Work closely with the merchandising and PR teams to organize in-store and promotional events.
* Ensure stock management, inventory levels, and operational duties are met, maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
* Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure security measures are in place to minimize shrinkage.
Requirements
* 1-3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
* Strong understanding of specialty retail and store operations.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Good team management skills, with the potential to develop people personally and professionally.
* Confidence, organization skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
