To join the Group Operations team, Rhone is looking for a:
SENIOR OPERATIONS OFFICER / DEPUTY CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Support the Group COO with the day-to-day administration of the Group
* Provide ongoing support to Senior Management in their execution of strategic business initiatives.
* Monitor operational effectiveness and control including the identification of process efficiencies.
* Execute key operational activities on behalf of the Operations function including reporting, quality control management and ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Lead key strategic change initiatives as required in line with Group strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in a Senior Operations role.
* At least 7 to 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector.
* Fluency in English both written and oral. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
* University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
* High degree of knowledge of MS Office product suite along with additional applications such as Tableau.
* Past team Management experience is advantageous.
