Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to shape On's people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways to support the R&D Team.
Your Mission
- Act as the primary point of contact for all talent-related topics, providing expert advice to team members and managers, up to C level executives
- Contribute to organizational growth by shaping future initiatives, including organizational changes, leadership development, and people development strategies
- Catalyzing team and organizational effectiveness in key growth areas of On, such as our R&D organization, while enabling collaboration between regional and global teams
- Drive the integration and preservation of On's culture and ways of working
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring, Talent Operations for seamless workflows and data excellence, and the Compensation Team for effective compensation strategies
- Lead Talent projects in performance management, culture enhancement, compensation, and other critical areas, utilizing innovative approaches to drive impactful results
Your Story

- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Advisory and Business Partner roles within international, fast-paced and high-growth environments
- Degree in HR Management is required
- Industry experience, especially partnering with R&D and Product functions required
- Drawing from a diverse background and deep expertise in HR management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, diversity and inclusion, and strategic business partnering
- Being instrumental in driving organizational success across various industries and geographies, especially EMEA and US, skilled at driving alignment across global and regional teams
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when being challenged and drive impactful change within organizations
- A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people across all organizational layers, up to C-level executives
- Fluent in English
